Stages of Cleanroom

ISO Class 7
Pre-cleaning and Pre-washing

Our facilities include smock gowning room with entry controls of raised floor, air shower and sticky mat. In this stage, products are loaded into washing carriers and cleaning machine.

ISO Class 6
​Wash input

After gowning the jumpsuit, products are sent to the wash input area. Products go through 4 rinse stations, final rinse station and 4 air blow stations. The wash input facilities are equipped with environmental controls such positive pressure, pass-box and real-time monitoring.

ISO Class 5
Post-washing, inspection and packing

​In the post-cleaning and post-washing area, products cleanliness are monitored before packing of the finished goods.
